At Marle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garment isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
